Every session on your node pays you 60% of its fee: $0.048 for a Standard session. On top of that sits a monthly $74 per NANO, split into a guaranteed $37 for staying online and a second $37 that is pooled across the fleet and shared out by the sessions each node served.

Session earnings arrive continuously. The two slots arrive after the month closes, and the pooled one is split by the sessions each node served.
